How do you start holding a real estate company and real estate development company, I can combine the two?
I have 14 years and when I grow up I would start a real Estate Holding Company LLC and a company of real estate development LLC. How much money to start? With the company holding real estate I can get capital gains? I would also like to be traded. So what is the best way to go about doing this?
