How do I get a refund from the seller of an ebook?
Have purchased an ebook on Internet Marketing, very impressive and well written Sales Letter, only to find out later that the product didn’t live up to a fraction of its value. The cost is not even cheap, at US$77 but with full refund, no Question asked guarantee! I’m totally less than satisfied, it turned out what I bought was not what I would expect based on the sales-copy. If it is something with some useful techniques and make some business sense, I would forget about the refund. The ebook is like a re-package from all the “Hyped-up’ Internet products, a very big let-down. It is the first time I bought thru PayDotCom, using PayPal as a very safe payment mode.
The very first time I go thru the contents, It is nothing more than new or what promised. In fact I have some ebook that cost a fraction of the cost but so much useful.
When I email the seller, it was bounced back, so no way to contact. Have check with PayPal but seem it is difficult at the present moment.

go thru paypal and file a complaint (significantly not as described or snad)
I dont recall exactly how to do it but I think if you sign into your paypal account and click on help it will guide you thru the steps…
since the email bounces back that is a good thing since paypals emails will bounce back too.
If they dont reply, you get the refund.

there are some great ideas there and you can file a complaint about the book and save the next person from making the same mistake you did…it is a win win because you get to bytch about the company and you get to deter people from purchasing from them again
