Is it difficult to set up an Internet radio station, and how to advertise and get people to test? and how make money from this?
It is not difficult but can be costly. license fees are necessary music ASCAP, BMI, SESAC and SoundExchange. The only way to win Money is a. have people pay to hear (and it will not) or b. selling ads that can (and will not happen unless / until there is a wider audience).
